Menu Planning Monday

Okay, just a quick list of what we might eat this week. Tonight while making supper, I actually made a total of five main dishes. I made 3 meatloaves and two hamburger helper type dishes (one of which we ate tonight). Since these are all hamburger I will use the other meat in the freezer to break up the monotony. We have bacon, a ham roast, a couple packages of lamb, some ham fat for a stew and hamburgers. I have salads (pre-packaged) that I got on sale (6 for $6) that we'll eat with each; add a starch (either potatoes or pasta) and some carrots (because we have lots in the freezer from last summer's garden).
Lunches are a little easier. Kraft Dinner (mac and cheese); leftovers; grilled cheese sandwiches; soup.
